How do I book a session?
How far in advance should I schedule?
The sooner the better. We always have a pre session phone call or in person consult to customize your session. If custom props are needed then we need some time to order them. 2-4 weeks ahead of time is the normal time frame.
Our studio is located right in the heart of the art district of Burlington City, NJ. An up and coming neighborhood that is perfect for small businesses. The address is 249 High Street, Burlington New Jersey 08016.

What is your rescheduling policy?
We understand life happens. To reschedule without a fee, please contact us within 24 hours of the session. Each session is allowed one reschedule due to sickness, weather, injury, etc. If you do not show up for your design consultation, your session fee is forfeited and to reschedule, one must pay the session fee again. If you do not show for your session, your session fee is forfeited and to reschedule, one must pay the session fee again. If you do not show for your gallery premier and ordering appointment, a $1000 deposit is needed to reschedule and that is put towards your order. We are by appointment only.
At your Gallery Premier and Ordering Appointment. All decision makers must be present. If you need to wait to make a purchase, their is a $1000 minimum purchase to make another appointment. We do not do online galleries. We want to provide you with the best service, help design your heirloom products and guide you when you need help.
When do I need to make my decision on what I want to order?
We understand life gets in the way. We are a one person business who also has a family. Consultations normally take 30-45 minutes. Sessions take 1 - 3 hours depending on what type of session. WE ARE STRICT WITH OUR TIME POLICY. If you are late, we will work within the time frame that your session was booked for. We do book multiple sessions and consults in one day so we need to stick to our strict schedule.
What if I am running late?
Believe me! We're busy too! We found that in the past, when we did online galleries, we spent more time with emails and phone calls to explain the options, pricing and products to our client, that we decided to make it a easy for our clients to do it all in one shot. The design consultation makes us aware of your expectations for your session. We do not want to meet you for the first time at your session and expect you to trust us with your baby. We want to learn about your family; what makes you happy, what makes the kids giggle and why you are having your photos taken. There is always a why and we want to make sure we capture your WHY. Your ordering appointment will take about 60-90 minutes. We provide snacks and drinks so that you can take your time to pick your favorites. We are there to help and guide you. Since you already set your expectations at your design consultation, your final products should be easy to pick out. Sometimes we need a little extra time to upload a photo of your wall for wall pieces and size them appropriately or we chat about your family but we make the ordering appointment as quick and painless as possible.
