Milestone Maternity and Newborn Session

Dianna and her husband went through a lot of treatments to have their miracle baby. This session highlights their journey with personalized props and custom items they brought into the studio for their newborn session, and at their outdoor shoot at Sayen Gardens in Hamilton, New Jersey.

Maternity Session in the Garden

First, we did their maternity session in Sayen Garden. We used two dresses during this session. The pink dress represents their baby girl and the white dress was used to show off her cute baby bump! The pink dress is available for our clients in our studio’s boutique. Of course, if you have a dress already purchased you can bring yours too!

Newborn Session in the Studio

Then, we welcomed Dianna and her husband into the studio for the newborn session. We wanted to do lots of creams and pinks. Also, we absolutely love to incorporate the Cayden Lane blankets with the baby’s name. Actually, anything to personalize the experience even more and make it extra memorable is always a plus! These props were perfect for this milestone maternity and newborn session.

All in all, both sessions were wonderful to shoot! We enjoy taking sessions outdoors and taking advantage of the beautiful scenery and growth of the seasons. More importantly, we love seeing our clients happy and glowing. In-studio sessions are just as fun and super accommodating. We always strive to get every expectation and detail right for each client and incorporate our colors to complement the current season. In fact, this mocha-colored backdrop is new! We love to use it for family photos because it is really nice for Fall and Winter sessions. What colors would you want for your backdrop?
